1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ModelMind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ModelMind is an educational application that teaches artificial intelligence concepts through structured courses and interactive exercises. All content is grounded in verified research and primary sources. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms. Some features may require an account or subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ModelMind. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

4. User Accounts

You may use ModelMind without an account. Creating an account enables cloud sync and social features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

ModelMind offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective platform's terms.

Auto-Renewal (Apple): Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Auto-Renewal (Google Play): Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Cancel through Google Play subscription settings.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. ModelMind does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple App Store support or Google Play support through their respective platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in ModelMind, including lessons, exercises, illustrations, design elements, and software, is the property of ModelMind and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect content from the App.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

9. Content Accuracy

ModelMind provides educational content about artificial intelligence concepts. All content is developed through intensive research and multi-pass source verification. While we hold ourselves to a high standard of accuracy, AI is a rapidly evolving field. Content is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, technical, or legal advice.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ModelMind at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ModelMind is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelMind and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ModelMind, its creator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
